Pre-registrations include continental breakfast and luncheon on Friday. Onsite registration does not include meals. 

Promotions and Discounts

• Complimentary administrator registration
• • School administrators are invited to attend the TEEAP STEM Conference, alongside a registered teacher attendee from their school district, at no cost. 
  • To receive the complimentary administrator registration, teachers must register for the conference and register the administrator as a guest on their registration. Administrators will need to bring ID to conference check-in. 
  • Administrators include superintendent, assistant superintendent, principal, assistant/vice principal, supervisor of curriculum or similar positions. Department chairs are not included in the complimentary administrator registration unless they work only in a supervisory role. 
• Discount for Presenters
• • Applicants for presentations who are accepted and commit to presenting will receive $20 off their registration fee. Accepted presenters will receive a special registration code after being accepted to present.

• • Attendees can pay by personal check or school district check. When you complete the online registration, select "invoice" which you can use to submit to a district for payment.

  • Payments not received or postmarked by October 13, 2023 will be charged the onsite registration price.
  • Please make all checks payable to TEEAP $25.00 charge for returned checks.
  • We can not accept School District Purchase Orders.

Be aware that at this conference, TEEAP may videotape or take photographs of conference related activities for use in the TEEAP Journal, promotional printed materials, and/or video. By registering to attend this conference you are giving consent to the use of your image and voice in these photographs and video recordings.
