T&E: A Blueprint for Success in STEM
Mark your calendars! This year’s annual TEEAP STEM conference will be held October 23 and 24 in Osburn Hall on the Millersville University campus. The theme will be T&E: A Blueprint for Success in STEM. The conference will offer a series of laboratory-based technical updating workshops in addition to traditional programming. The conference registration fee will include continental breakfast, one lunch, and one sponsored social that often serves as dinner for those who attend.
To register, select your registration type from the list to the left and click "register" below that. If you are a TEEAP member, please be sure to log in so you can see the TEEAP Member rates. If you are not logged in, you will not be able to see the TEEAP member rates.
Sessions and Schedules: The 2025 TEEAP STEM Conference will feature hands on sessions as well as traditional presentations. Since we are still accepting and reviewing presenter applications, the specific session schedule will be released late summer.
Cost and Registration: we are offering a variety of registration options for members and non members. Early bird registration runs through Sept. 15th. You can find more details about registration on the registration page.
Presenters: Attendees who are interested in presenting are encouraged to apply using the form located on the special interest session page. Presenters will receive $20 off their registration cost.
Trade Show and Sponsors: we are seeking conference sponsors and vendors for this year's conference. If you are interested, please visit the trade show page.
Offsite Tours: Once again, we will be offering offsite tours on the first day of our conference, from 9-11 am. Registrants will select their tour when they register for the conference. The three options for tours are:
- Tait Towers (Litiz, PA)
- Beers & Hoffman Architecture (Lancaster, PA)
- New Standard Manufacturing (York, PA).

- Attendees can pay by personal check or school district check. When you complete the online registration, select "invoice" which you can use to submit to a district for payment.
- If paying by check, please mail copy of your invoice form with payment, postmarked no later than October 13, 2025 to: TEEAP, 425 Farmland Drive, Elizabethtown, PA 17022
- Payments not received or postmarked by October 13, 2025 will be charged the onsite registration price.
- Please make all checks payable to TEEAP $25.00 charge for returned checks.
- We can not accept School District Purchase Orders
