2023 TEEAP STEM Conference Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in being a part of the 2023 TEEAP STEM Conference being held in Osburn Hall at Millersville University from October 19-20, 2023. This year’s conference is being built around a wide range of informative special interest sessions, interesting educational opportunities, and activities designed to promote the sharing of ideas and information.

What will the conference look like?

The theme for our conference is Innovate. Integrate. Motivate. This year’s conference is being built around a wide range of informative special interest sessions, industry tours, and hands-on lab sessions designed to promote the sharing of ideas and information.

Sessions and Schedules: The 2023 TEEAP STEM Conference will be held on October 19-20, 2023 

• Thursday, October 19: Participants will have the option to attend one of several off-site industry tours prior to noon. On-site check-in/registration will start at 1 PM with sessions starting at 2 PM. In addition to participants attending the on-site sessions, Millersville students will be in the building to attend their scheduled Applied Engineering, Safety, and Technology classes. The day will conclude at 5 pm.

• Friday, October 20: Check-in/registration will start at 8 am. A continental breakfast will be hosted in the hospitality room. Information and lab breakout sessions will run from 9 am until 4:30 pm with a scheduled awards luncheon (Vendors and Sponsors are encouraged to attend). A mid-morning snack and vendor time will be held in the hospitality room. 

The last day to participate and have your information included in the program is September 25, 2023.

How to have your company/organization represented in the 2023 TEEAP STEM Conference?

There are four opportunities for you to have your organization represented at the this year's TEEAP STEM Conference. More information is listed below about the three opportunities; the last day to participate as a vendor or sponsor is September 25, 2023.

Special Session Presenter: If you have a topic that would motivate, integrate, or motivate our attendees, we ask that you would consider applying to be a presenter. Click here to apply to present at this year's conference. Presenters must be registered as an Attendee, Vendor, or Sponsor.

Vendor Table ($350):  Over 20 vendor tables will line the hallways used by conference guests to travel to break-out session rooms. Vendor tables are on a first-come, first-served basis, pending approval by TEEAP. Please note that vendors are located in the hallways of Osburn Hall to ensure lots of attendee traffic! You will receive a confirmation email and additional details from TEEAP when your application has been approved and payment has been received. Included with each Vendor table for $350:

• One 2’x5’ table and two chairs in the hallways of Osburn Hall

• • Limited to tabletop demonstrations of equipment

• Registration for two representatives (includes lunch Friday)

• Guest WiFi access
  

• Listed in the digital program

• Limited electric outlets (must provide your own surge protectors/cords)

Conference Sponsorship ($600): A limited number of Sponsorship spaces will be in the vestibule area on the first and second floors (main entrance areas). Sponsorship spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis, pending approval by TEEAP. You will receive a confirmation email and additional details from TEEAP when your application has been approved and payment has been received. Included with each Conference Sponsorship space for $600:

• Up to two 2’x5’ tables and four chairs in the vestibule of Osburn Hall

• • May use the space of one table for floor-size equipment and product demonstrations

• Registration for four representatives (includes lunch on Friday)

• Guest WiFi access
  

• Limited electric outlet access (must provide your own surge protectors/cords)

• Listed with logo in the program (print or digital). Logos must be received by Sept. 25.

• Logo included with pre-conference social media and email blasts starting Sept. 1, 2023. Digital logos must be received by Sept. 1.

• Exclusive access to participants in the Hospitality Room

Conference and Social Sponsorship ($1000): A limited number of Sponsorship spaces will be in the vestibule area on the first and second floors (main entrance areas). Sponsorship spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis, pending approval by TEEAP. You will receive a confirmation email and additional details from TEEAP when your application has been approved and payment has been received. Included with each Sponsorship space for $1000:

• Up to two 2’x5’ tables and four chairs in the vestibule of Osburn Hall

  • May use additional 5’ space to have floor-size equipment and product demonstrations

• Registration for four representatives (includes lunch on Friday)

• Guest WiFi access
  

• Limited electric outlet access (must provide your own surge protectors/cords)

• Listed with logo in the program (print or digital). Logos must be received by Sept. 25.

• Logo and active link in pre-conference social media and email blasts starting Sept. 1, 2023. Digital logos must be received by Sept. 1.

• Exclusive access to participants in the Hospitality Room

• Opportunity to interact with the Thursday evening social attendees with designated table space

How to register as a vendor?

Please click the "register" button at the top left side of this page to participate in the this year's TEEAP STEM Conference as a vendor/sponsor. Payment can be made using a credit card on the application or by mailing a check.

In order to complete the online application, you will need the following information:

• Company name

• Contact person

• Contact information (mailing address and/or email and/or telephone)

• Website

• Short description of products/services that your organization provides

• Logo if you are registering as a Sponsor

• Contact of other representatives attending the conference 

• Payment information

• • Pay online - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

  • Invoice me - You will be able to print your invoice and mail a check (made out to TEEAP)
